Refund policy

Email support@cleariqtest.com within 14 days of any charge (trial, monthly, yearly or one-off) and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason. Include the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Refunding a subscription charge also cancels the subscription. If you'd rather just stop future charges, you can cancel from your account at any time.

If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. This policy meets or exceeds it.
