Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and ClearIQ Ltd. ("we") for using ClearIQ. By taking the test or buying a plan, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older to take the test and 18 or older (or have a parent's permission) to buy a plan.
What the test is, and isn't
ClearIQ is a timed reasoning self-assessment for personal interest. It isn't a clinical, diagnostic or professional psychological assessment and isn't affiliated with Mensa or any test publisher. Don't use results for medical, educational, legal or employment decisions.
Fair use
Take the test yourself, without help. Don't copy, scrape or resell the questions, or interfere with the service.
Payments
Paid plans are covered by our subscription terms and refund policy.
Our content
The questions, software and design belong to us. Your certificate is yours to share.
Liability
We provide the service as is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
